Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow your order on our tracking page at any time. If more than 10 business days have passed since you ordered and nothing has arrived, email us at support@vogune.com and we will look into it.

How long does delivery take?

Processing takes 1 to 3 business days. After that, delivery takes 4 to 7 business days. Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days from purchase.

Does shipping cost anything?

No. Shipping is free on all orders to the United States, no minimum required.

How do I return something?

Email us at support@vogune.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags on. Return shipping is at your expense. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.

When do I get my money back?

Once we receive and check your return, we process the refund within 7 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few extra days on their end.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at support@vogune.com. Once an order is being processed we cannot guarantee a cancellation. If it has already shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
