Vogune is the online store of Jansen Sales en Marketing, a legally registered business in the Netherlands. Our business is located in the Netherlands, and we ship to customers in the United States. International Data Transfers

Vogune is a Netherlands-based company and we only ship to the United States. Your personal information may be stored and processed in the United States, the Netherlands, or other countries where our service providers operate. As a Netherlands-based business, we are subject to the GDPR. We also comply with applicable US state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose it was collected for, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Once your information is no longer needed, we delete it.
