At Vogune, we do our best to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about shipping and delivery.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States. No minimum order amount is required.

Where We Ship

We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed before 6:00 PM (ET) Monday through Saturday will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM (ET) or on Sunday will begin processing the next available business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days. In most cases, you can expect to receive your order within 5 to 10 business days from the date you placed your order.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time through our tracking page.

Damaged or Lost Package

Check your order carefully when it arrives. If you receive a damaged package or believe your order has been lost in transit, contact us at support@vogune.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will look into it and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at support@vogune.com. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@vogune.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted for processing. If your order has already shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
