We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something is not right, let us know and we will take care of it.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order arrived to request a return. After that, we can no longer accept it.
Eligibility
The item needs to be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags still on. If it shows signs of use or damage, we cannot accept the return.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@vogune.com with your order number and why you want to return it. We will reply within 24 hours with instructions. Please wait for our response before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is on you. We recommend sending it with tracking, since we cannot take responsibility for packages that get lost on the way back.
Damaged or Incorrect Item?
Check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, reach out within 30 days at support@vogune.com. We will cover the return shipping and fix it.
Exchanges
Want something in a different size or style? Email us at support@vogune.com with your order number and what you are looking for. The easiest way is to return what you have and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we get your return and check it over, we will process the refund within 7 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days on their end.
